This is the on line system interface of particle counting placed in the
working ISO-5 clean room 410 of IPGP. Sampling of
ambiant air (1/10 cft per min, one min). Graphs are ploted in number per cubic meter
witth a square root mass scale. ISO5 thresholds levels are listed below.
ISO 5 levels:
- 0.1 µm: less than 100000 per cubic meter
- 0.2 µm: less than 23700 per cubic meter
- 0.3 µm: less than 10200 per cubic meter
- 0.5 µm: less than 3520 per cubic meter
- 1 µm: less than 832 per cubic meter
- 5 µm: less than 29 per cubic meter
You can change ISO +1 by multiplying by a factor 10. Above Iso 6, fine particles
of 0.3 µm don't care
The sampler is situated at IPGP, Paris
